I have been practicing yoga since my early twenties and it has helped me to find balance and grounding at times when I needed it the most.
Suffering from several health issues, yoga has allowed me to find ease in my body and peace in my mind. Therefore, I became a yoga teacher and a member of Yoga Alliance UK in 2017, so I could share the amazing benefits of yoga to others.
I teach weekly Hatha yoga, Yin and Yoga Nidra classes. My classes welcome beginners and more advanced practitioners. I also offer 1-1 tuitions and small private group classes on request including ladies evenings
I am a trained Holistic Therapist which has allowed me to develop an intuitive approach in my classes.
I offer a range of classes from in Studio to refreshing outdoor classes and also online taken from the comfort of your own home.
